MISSION
Florence University of the Arts (FUA), The American University of Florence (AUF), and the Community Engagement Member Institutions (CEMI) promote academic excellence through community engagement and cultural integration in Italy. Through experiential learning opportunities, students connect classroom knowledge with real-world experiences in an international environment.
FUA International supports the mission of FUA, AUF, and AEI by providing advising, logistical, and promotional support from the United States for study abroad and community engagement initiatives in Florence, Cinque Terre, and other Italian destinations. The organization also serves as a resource for U.S.-based students and partner institutions seeking information about academics, cultural immersion, and student life in Italy.
